General Terms of Use

The general terms of use of the website, as well as the rules and legal responsibilities regarding its content, are set forth in this User Agreement. It is recommended that you read the agreement before using ackelectronic.com. By using the site and completing the membership form containing your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written herein.

ackelectronic.com reserves the right to update the content of this legal notice page at any time and advises its users to review it upon each visit.

Usage and Security Rules

ackelectronic.com is open to all users. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge. In the following cases, the site management may block the user’s access and reserves the right to pursue legal action against those involved:

1.a. Submitting false, misleading, incomplete, or unlawful information, or content contrary to public morals, to the site.

1.b. Copying site content, in part or in whole, without permission.

1.c. Sharing user credentials (username, password) with third parties. Users are fully responsible for any damages arising from such sharing. 1.d. Engaging in any activity or using software that threatens the security of the site, disrupts its operation, or attempts to obtain, delete, or modify data unlawfully.

Content Usage

2.a. All domain names, logos, icons, text, graphics, databases, technical data, business methods, and models on ackelectronic.com (collectively “Materials”) are the property of ackelectronic.com or its licensors and are legally protected. Unless otherwise stated, they may not be used, copied, or published for commercial or personal purposes without proper attribution or permission.

2.b. The software used in the design and database of the site belongs to ackelectronic.com and may not be copied or used in any way.

Responsibilities

3.c. Users agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Intellectual and Artistic Works Law, and related decrees. Users are fully responsible for any legal, financial, or criminal consequences of misuse.

3.d. ackelectronic.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate this agreement or the site’s general rules.

3.e. Users may not engage in activities that prevent or hinder other users from accessing the site, nor may they overload servers/databases with automated programs or fraudulent actions.

3.f. Users may not remove or alter copyright, trademark, or intellectual property notices from any material obtained from the site.

3.g. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be performed directly through the site. Users acknowledge that this action is irreversible.

3.h. Whether user data will be deleted after account termination is at the sole discretion of ackelectronic.com. Users cannot claim compensation for deleted records.

3.i. Users are responsible for their interactions with other users or third parties.

3.j. The site may contain links or references to third-party websites beyond the control of ackelectronic.com. The company is not responsible for their content.

3.k. ackelectronic.com reserves the right to use user data for marketing purposes, provided that privacy policies and applicable laws are respected.

By using the services, the user agrees to all terms of this participation agreement and undertakes to compensate ackelectronic.com for any damages caused by violations.

Rights and Obligations of ackelectronic.com

4.a. ackelectronic.com commits to providing services under this agreement, except for technical failures, and not to share user data with third parties without legal obligation.

4.b. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice. Updates to these Terms of Use will be published on the site, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Users who send materials in violation of this agreement may have their accounts terminated without notice.

Enforcement of the Agreement

This agreement becomes binding once the user completes the registration form, places an order, or uses the services of ackelectronic.com. The agreement automatically terminates upon membership cancellation or in cases outlined in this agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey shall have jurisdiction.

Notifications

7.a. Users are not required to provide a physical mailing address. The registered email address will be considered the official address for all notifications regarding this agreement.

7.b. Unless a new email address is provided within 3 (three) days, notifications sent to the previous email address will be deemed valid.

7.c. Any communication sent by ackelectronic.com to the user’s registered email address shall be considered delivered one (1) day after dispatch.

By accepting this agreement, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, and that the information provided is accurate.
